We are MEAT BOX. A small business that is interested in getting reasonably priced, delicious, grown-up food into the bellies patrons of the Container Village at Trackside in Bellingham, WA.
We are partnering with Bin-13 to get you adult food to have with your adult beverages, and hoping to do the same with Kulshan at some point in the near future. We’ve got a pop-up container next to Zeek’s from May 18 through May 31, 2026. Yes, that’s right, we have only a total of 10 days of service opportunity! (We are closed Monday – Wednesday at the pop-up location.)
We are a highly flexible business. We want to serve REALLY good food, and have worked extensively with the wonderful folks at Whatcom Country Health Department and the Port of Bellingham to have this pop-up be a beta-test to see what the folks at Trackside want to nosh on while they enjoy their bevies! Our hands are tied a little bit in what we can offer – but we would LOVE to hear your suggestions and recommendations and feedback – we may not have what you want on the menu today, but there is a good chance we can have it on the menu tomorrow!!
